Discover Our Inclusive Sensory Experience
At Butterfly Behaviour, we understand that sensory experiences can greatly impact a child’s comfort, learning, emotional regulation, and overall wellbeing. Our sensory space experience can be facilitated in your home. It is designed to provide a clam, supportive, and engaging environment where children with autism can explore, regulate, and gain confidence through individualized sensory-based activities. Using a child-centered approach, we create opportunities for children to safely engage with sensory tools, movement activities, calming strategies, and interactive experiences  that support self-regulation, communication, focus, and social-emotional development.

Social Skills Groups

Organized by age and developmental level ensuring participants interact with peers who have similar needs. We create a comfortable supportive environment where everyone can progress at their own pace. At Butterfly Behaviour, our Social Skills Groups provide children and youth with autism a supportive and encouraging environment to develop meaningful social connections and everyday communication skills. Through structured activities, guided interactions, role-playing, games, and collaborative learning experiences, participants build confidence in areas such as conversation skills, emotional regulation, teamwork, friendship building, problem-solving, and understanding social cues. Groups are designed to meet children at their individual developmental level while creating opportunities for positive peer interaction in a safe, inclusive, and engaging setting. Our goal is to help children strengthen social confidence, increase independence, and develop skills that can be carried into school, home, and community environment

Transition Support

At Butterfly Behavior, we recognize that transitions can be challenging for children and youth with autism and their families. Our Transition Support services are designed to help individuals navigate changes with confidence, preparation, and individualized support. Whether transitioning into preschool, kindergarten, a new classroom, community programs, or preparing for adolescence and adulthood, we work collaboratively with families, educators, and support teams to create strategies that promote success and reduce anxiety. Through visual supports, routine development, skill-building, communication strategies, and personalized planning, we help children build independence, emotional regulation, and adaptability during times of change. Our goal is to create smoother, more positive transitions that empower children to thrive in new environments and experiences.
